Core extension of 2 number floors, via drill and grout connection detail with existing structure.
In-situ concrete stairs. Concrete core infills. Metal decking concrete toppings and roof parapet walls, upstands and plinths.

Slipform of 9 levels of concrete core Basement raft and pile caps, fin walls, liner and Buttress walls, waterproofing and ground floor reinforced concrete slabs. All cast in basement drainage and GRP tanks.

Description

Slipform of 2 number cores Pre-cast stair installation and concrete works to slabs, upstands and columns. Blockwork to the entirety of the building.
